SHIPPING POLICY

VertiSpaces provides localized, specialized transport for heavy and bulky items (like multi-tier metal shoe racks and long stainless steel ceiling rods). We do not use standard courier services; instead, we deploy our own dedicated logistics team to ensure items arrive damage-free.

​1. Service Coverage & Locations

We deliver exclusively within Bangalore metropolitan limits and adjacent suburban tech hubs. Key delivery areas include, but are not limited to: Whitefield, Sarjapur Road, Electronic City, Bellandur, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Varthur, and Outer Ring Road.

​2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery and installation are completed together within 24 to 72 hours of booking confirmation.

• To minimize transport costs and lower our carbon footprint in heavy Bangalore traffic, we group deliveries geographically. You will receive a definitive delivery day and an estimated 3-hour arrival window from our dispatch team.

​3. Shipping & Handling Charges

• Standard Shipping: Shipping charges may vary based on promotional combo offers or your exact distance from our centralized Varthur fulfillment hub. Final shipping rates (if applicable) will be clearly highlighted during checkout or explicitly stated by our sales executive over WhatsApp.

• Multi-Floor Handling: If your apartment complex does not feature a functional service lift, or if the product (such as an 8ft single-piece ceiling rod) cannot fit inside the lift, an incremental manual handling labor charge of ₹100 may be requested by the delivery team for manual carry up the stairs.
   

​4. Delivery Disputes & Damage Claims

We strongly encourage customers to inspect the physical condition of the product packages upon arrival. Any shipping damages must be brought to the immediate attention of the delivery executive prior to the commencement of drilling and installation.
