REFUND POLICY

At VertiSpaces, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality space-saving and home organization solutions that meet customer expectations. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be approved.

By purchasing products or services from VertiSpaces, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the product has been dispatched from our warehouse. If the cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund of the amount paid will be processed.

Refunds are typically initiated within 7 to 10 business days and may take additional time depending on your payment provider or bank.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may contact our support team for assistance, but cancellation requests after shipment are generally not eligible for a refund.

Customized or Made-to-Order Products

Orders for customized, made-to-order, or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled once production has begun. These products are created specifically based on customer requirements and therefore are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refund Eligibility

Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged during transit, customers should notify VertiSpaces immediately.

To process the request, customers may be required to provide:

  • Photographs of the damaged product

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Order details and proof of purchase

 

Upon verification, VertiSpaces may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at its sole discretion.

Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that differs from what was ordered, please contact us immediately of delivery. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange for replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

Manufacturing Defects

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect, customers should report the issue as soon as possible after discovery.

Our team may inspect the product directly or request supporting photographs and documentation before determining eligibility for replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refund requests may not be approved under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind

Refunds will generally not be provided simply because a customer changes their mind after placing an order or receiving a product.

Improper Use or Installation

Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or incorrect installation are not eligible for refunds.

Normal Wear and Tear

Regular wear and tear resulting from normal use is not considered a product defect and does not qualify for a refund.

Customer Measurement Errors

For products manufactured or supplied according to customer-provided dimensions, VertiSpaces is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements supplied by the customer.

Inspection and Approval Process

Every refund request undergoes a review process to ensure fairness and transparency.

Upon receiving a request, our team may:

Review Submitted Evidence

We may request photographs, videos, invoices, installation details, or other relevant information to assess the claim.

Conduct Product Inspection

In certain cases, an inspection may be arranged to verify reported issues before approving a refund or replacement.

Determine Appropriate Resolution

Depending on the circumstances, VertiSpaces may provide:

  • Product replacement

  • Product repair

  • Store credit

  • Partial refund

  • Full refund

 

The final decision will be communicated to the customer after evaluation.

Refund Processing Time

Once a refund has been approved, VertiSpaces will initiate the refund within 7 to 10 business days.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on:

  • Payment method used

  • Bank processing times

  • Payment gateway procedures

 

Customers will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Installation Service Refunds

Where installation services are included, service charges may be non-refundable once installation work has commenced.

If installation cannot be completed due to site conditions, access restrictions, or customer-related issues not disclosed beforehand, additional charges may apply and refunds may not be available.

Limitation of Liability

VertiSpaces shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, delays, installation issues, or refund disputes.

Any approved refund shall not exceed the original amount paid for the product or service.

Changes to This Refund Policy

VertiSpaces reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be published on this page and become effective immediately upon posting.
